Leadership 101: Creating a Healthy Ministry Culture - A learning community.
We are all doing our very best to build thriving youth and children’s ministries, but in doing so can often overlook this crucial truth: the fruitfulness of our ministries is dependent on the health of our culture. So how do we cultivate an environment in which our children, young people and team members can flourish?
That’s the question we’ll be exploring in our next Online Youth & Children’s Ministry Learning Community. We’ll be hosting repeat session at 2pm and 8pm on 16th June to ensure it is as accessible as possible for everyone….
